SYNQ Egress IPs

The SYNQ application requires certain IP addresses to be allowed on your firewall to establish connections to your data sources. These are SYNQ’s egress IP addresses from Google Cloud that our service uses to connect to your systems. SYNQ is deployed in two regions with different endpoints and IP addresses. Choose the appropriate IP address based on your SYNQ region.

Firewall Configuration

Depending on your database and network configurations, you may need to whitelist these IP addresses in your firewall rules to allow SYNQ to access your data sources. These static IP addresses ensure that all outbound connections from SYNQ originate from known, predictable addresses that you can safely allow through your security policies.
