Email needs no integration. You can send alerts to email in two ways:
  • Add one or more email addresses to an alert on its Targets step. See Routing alerts.
  • Add email addresses to an owner, and every alert routed through that owner is sent to them. See Link ownership with email.
To set the reply-to address and the display name of alert emails, use Advanced options on the alert. See Configuring an alert.
